Kilt-wearing man exposes himself to children

Shortly before noon, police received a call reporting that there was a man wearing a long shirt and no pants in Pleasant Hill Park, located at 147 Gregory Lane.

When officers arrived, they found Henry Friedlander sitting on a park bench. He was wearing a kilt and no underwear, police said.

The responding officer allegedly saw Friedlander lift up his kilt and expose his genitals to several children who were playing in front of him.

Friedlander was arrested and booked into county jail. He remained in custody at the Martinez Detention Facility today. His bail has been set at $10,000, according to jail records.
