The remains were found over the weekend in the El Corte de Madera Creek Open Space Preserve, which is where 55-year-old Douglas May's car was found last July. The only thing found was a partial skeleton.
The San Mateo County coroner estimates the remains had been deceased 60 to 90 days and says it will take two to three weeks to make the match.
