Blues Biceps: Done to Hoochie Coochie Man

  1. Stand with feet shoulder width apart, knees bent, pelvic tilt, holding weights- elbows bent at your side.

  2. As music goes da-dat-da-dat you, elbows still at your side, make small sideways circle w/ your hips & weights -left.

  3. Then on the dat-dat snap your hips right, then left.

  4. On the next da-datda-dat, elbows still at your side, make small sideways circle w/ your hips & weights - right.

  5. Then on the dat-dat snap your hips left , then right- Continues as music goes.

Salsa Shoulders: Try to slower Latin music
  1. Stand with feet shoulder width apart, knees bent, pelvic tilt, elbows bent holding weights-up and out at shoulder height.

  2. Shift your right foot pointing it towards your right.

  3. Step across with your left foot in front of your right-lift the weights up to ear height.

  4. Step back and bring the weights down to your ribs.

  5. Shift your left foot pointing it towards your left.

  6. Step across with your right foot in front of your left-lift the weights up to ear height.

  7. Step back and bring the weights down to your ribs -- repeat to music.

Burlesque Butt: Try to Feelin' Good Michael Buble'
  1. Stand behind a chair, knees bent, pelvic tilt, feet shoulder width apart.

  2. Bend down slightly, holding pelvic tilt- kick your left leg out sideways-toes pointed!

  3. Bring it back bend down again.

  4. Holding pelvic tilt- kick your right leg out sideways-toes pointed! Repeat.

Tantra Triceps: Don't release!-Ride the burn! Try to Some of Sting's Music
  1. Kneeling on the floor hips over knees-shoulders over hands.

  2. Hold your core tight -- pelvic tilt.

  3. Lean forward and down a little so your shoulders go past your hands.

  4. Lift your left leg and point your foot straight back hold for four count.

  5. Switch legs still holding.
