The free vaccination clinic comes less than a week after state health officials declared that whooping cough cases had hit epidemic levels in California with 910 confirmed cases as of June 15 -- including the death of five babies.
The clinic begins at 9 am at the Richmond Public Health Building at 100 38th Street in Richmond.
