The report says homes there were selling on average nearly 8 percent above asking price in the second quarter of 2010.
East Oakland zip codes 94621 and 94603 were listed number three and four on the firm's top 10 list.
The company tracks hot and cold zip codes in more than 5,000 cities and 33 markets.
