The event was a combined effort between McConaughey's Just Keep Living Foundation, the 49ers' Respect campaign and the NFL's Play 60 campaign.
Some 49ers joined McConaughey to show kids that exercising and making smart food choices every day are important.
McConaughey brought children from his Just Keep Living Foundation to Tuesday's event.
His after-school program for inner-city children in Southern California is aimed at helping kids improve their physical and mental health through exercise, team-work, gratitude and positive life choices.
