A group of thieves got a tough lesson in preparation. The trio snuck into a Sacramento home Sunday and got their hands on a very large TV. Just one problem, when they tried to load it into their getaway car -- it was too big to fit. Ultimately, they left it on the curb and drove away empty handed.
An alert neighbor got the car's plate number and called police. They used it to track down the car's owner who happened to be one of thieves. He's been arrested. Cops are still looking for his two accomplices.
