Workers quickly left the building just after 11:30 a.m., when water started pouring from the ceiling on the 10th floor.
An estimated 2,000 gallons of water flooded the 10th and at least two floors beneath it in the 52-story building.
Fire officials blame the leak on a three inch water line break. They do not know what caused it.
Crews expect to work into the evening cleaning-up the mess that soaked everything from desks and papers, to computers on several floors.
