A Southern California man claims Apple exaggerates Siri's abilities in ads. He says Siri often does not understand what he asked and often gives the wrong answer.
The suit filed in a U.S. district court in Los Angeles seeks financial relief and damages for other iPhone 4S owners as well. There's a similar suit in New York.
Apple has not yet commented on these legal challenges.
