The teen was in a minivan with a mother and another teen at the time of the accident. They were extricated from the vehicle with the "Jaws of Life."
A catering van was also involved in the accident and three people in that vehicle were taken to the hospital.
A woman in her 70s driving an SUV was also involved in the accident. She was able to free herself from her vehicle and has been taken to the hospital.
The intersection of Pine and Gough was shut down and is expected to be closed for an extended period of time.
There is no word yet on what caused the accident.
