Tips lead to arrest of man who impersonated cop

SANTA CLARA COUNTY, Calif.

Investigators say on February 1, Hugo Cuseallpa picked up a woman who was walking along Monterey Road. He showed her a badge and threatened to arrest her.

She says he then drove her to a parking lot and assaulted her
