The children, ages 7, 5, and 1, were located safely near the California-Mexico border.
The suspects, 28-year-old Rose Chairez and 28-year-old Enrique Felix, are still outstanding. The are believed to be driving a dark colored (gray or purple) Chrysler PT Cruiser with paper plates and missing hub cap.
