Several people forced to jump, baby tossed from burning apartment building in Texas

DALLAS, Texas (KGO) -- There were some heart-stopping moments in Dallas when several people were forced to jump from the third floor of a burning apartment building. One person even tossed a baby out the window to safety.

Good Samaritans caught that baby boy. Residents at the complex brought out a mattress from a downstairs apartment to help cushion those who jumped.

Three people, including a firefighter, were hurt.

The complex was a total loss.
