ABC7's Beyond the Headlines with Cheryl Jennings: Teen mental health

SAN FRANCISCO (KGO) -- Each week we examine stories that affect people who live and work in the Bay Area.

This week's edition of "Beyond the Headlines" focuses on Teen Mental Health and sends a message of hope for teenagers and families struggling with bullying, depression, or other mental health challenges.

Our show is a part of Disney-ABC's #ChooseKindness campaign in support of National Bullying Prevention Awareness. Disney is the parent company of ABC7, and we are proud to join the effort to put a stop to bullying, as well as encourage teenagers and adults to choose kindness and hope.
