LOS ANGELES (KGO) -- An attorney for Bryan Stow confirms the beating victim suffered a stroke 10 days ago, while his civil lawsuit against the Los Angeles Dodgers continues.

According to Fox News in Los Angeles, Stow's attorney says he is, "coming back okay" from the stroke and will be speaking with him today.

A doctor testifying in the trial says Stow has reached a plateau in his treatment and may never improve.

Stow is suing the Dodgers for negligence in the 2011 attack outside the stadium that left him with permanent brain injuries.
