Cheryl Burke Dance Studio will soon close
MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif. (KGO) -- A well-known and beloved dance studio in the South Bay is getting ready to close its doors. It's a business made even more famous by the hit ABC show "Dancing With the Stars."
At the Cheryl Burke Dance Studio is co-owned by two-time "Dancing With the Stars" champ Cheryl Burke and her mother, Sherri Burke.
Sherri told ABC7 News, "It is bittersweet, but we have to face reality they need space."
LinkedIn owns the 14,000 square foot building and now the professional networking company is taking back the space.
Sherri says they had quite a run and a lot of support over the seven years they have been open.
Saturday will be the biggest event ever with 300 people expected to show up for the farewell party where Cheryl will be making a guest appearance.
