Former basketball star Yao Ming is teaming up again with a San Francisco-based wildlife organization.

Ming is featured in a new international public awareness campaign from WildAid, urging people in his native China to stop buying ivory and rhino horn.

A new study claims more than 100,000 elephants have been killed for their tusks in the last three years alone.

Ming and WildAid previously worked together to get Chinese people to give up shark fin soup.
