Harding Park in SF to host 2020 PGA Championship

SAN FRANCISCO (KGO) -- Golf officials and Mayor Ed Lee have announced that one of golf's major tournaments is coming to Harding Park.

The 2020 PGA Championship will be held at Harding. In addition, the Match Play championship next year and the 2025 President's Cup may also be held at Harding Park.

The PGA Championship has not been played on the West Coast since 1998.

The golf course hosted the President's Cup in 2009.
