VIDEO: Bagpipes play at Hayward sergeant's memorial

OAKLAND, Calif. (KGO) -- Bagpipers played Amazing Grace while officers stood watch over fallen Hayward Police Sgt. Scott Lunger's casket.

The memorial for the 15-year veteran of the force was held at Oracle Arena in Oakland, Calif. on Thursday, July 30, 2015. Law enforcement officers from across the country attended in honor of the fallen sergeant, who was shot and killed while conducting a traffic stop on July 22, 2015.
