SANTA CLARA, Calif. (KGO) -- A South Bay family is looking for help to give their loved one a fighting chance against leukemia.

Saleh Amirriazi, 31, needs a bone marrow transplant. He was diagnosed with leukemia three months ago.

Amirriazi has undergone several rounds of chemotherapy, but doctors told him the ultimate cure is to undergo a transplant. Unfortunately, none of his family members are a match.

His sister Yeganeh Amirriazi reached out to ABC7 News, looking to get the word out about finding a donor.

"He can fight this. He's a fighter and I'm sure he will heal it," Yeganeh Amirriazi said. "He helps a lot in this business. I'll do my best to keep his business until he comes back."

She has organized a bone marrow drive at the bakery she owns on Stevens Creek Boulevard in Santa Clara tonight and through the rest of the week.

Swab testing will at Yeganeh Bakery, 3275 Stevens Creek Blvd, Santa Clara, Ca 95050. Testing will run Wednesday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.
