HILARIOUS: Kevin Bacon plays along with 'Six Degrees of Kevin Bacon' game

Kevin Bacon is not only aware of the "Six Degrees of Kevin Bacon" game, he's making it more awesome.

A fan brought up the pop culture game during the panel for Bacon's show "The Following" at Comic Con Sunday. How do you play? The idea is that any actor in Hollywood can be linked to Kevin Bacon through six degrees. You choose an actor and try to link them to Kevin Bacon by naming one of their costars in any film, naming one of the next actor's co-stars in a different film, and so on until the sixth actor--supposedly Kevin Bacon--is reached.

The fan asked if her question brought her into the circle of people who are linked to the actor by the first degree. If there are going to be rules for this game, Bacon himself should probably be the person who decides those rules, so here's his decree: You can only join the game if you've been in a movie with him.

What Bacon did next was nothing short of a "game"-changer: He stood up and took a video of himself, the panel and the thousands of fans in the room.

Now we all could be a little bit closer to joining Bacon's six degrees.
