MARTINEZ, Calif. -- One person was killed and at least two others were injured in a crash on state Highway 4 in Martinez tonight, according to California Highway Patrol and county fire officials.

The crash was reported at 8:34 p.m. on westbound Highway 4 near the Alhambra Avenue off-ramp.

At least three vehicles were involved and one person was killed.
