NEW PORT RICHEY, Florida -- A U.S. Marine sergeant, who hadn't seen his mother in person in two years, surprised her by showing up to elementary school where she teaches.
"It was a moment I'll remember forever and always," Paula Riggs told ABC News.
Riggs is a third-grade teacher at Schrader Elementary School in New Port Richey, Florida.
She was with her class in the school's music room when the school's principal asked whether she sang to her two children when they were younger.
As Riggs began singing the songs, 24-year-old Sgt. Paul Riggs walked into the room.
