Police in Windsor seek 3 suspects involved in 15-year-old's murder

WINDSOR, Calif. (KGO) -- One man is under arrest and police are looking for three other suspects in connection with a fatal shooting in Windsor.

Sergio Quiroz, 21, was arrested on suspicion of accessory to murder in a shooting on June 22.

It happened outside a home in Windsor during a party.

Nathan Torres, 15, was shot in the chest and died at the hospital. Three other victims were hit in the arms or legs.

The three other suspects have been identified as Flavio Caballero, Duane Morgan and Oscar Aguilar.

Police believe the shooting is gang-related.
