SAN FRANCISCO (KGO) -- Former mayor of San Francisco Willie Brown spoke Sunday at the memorial service for Mayor Ed Lee at San Francisco City Hall.

"Ed Lee had so much respect, that's how Ed Lee functioned," said Brown.
