SJ residents evacuated from homes while police deal with disturbance

SAN JOSE, Calif. (KGO) -- San Jose Police evacuated people from their homes and a SWAT team moved in while officers dealt with a disturbance.

Monday afternoon's incident took place inside a home along Foothill Drive, near Almaden Lake Park. Officers eventually went inside the home and found a man dead.

They believe he shot himself to death.
