San Jose police SWAT team surround home

SAN JOSE -- A SWAT team has surrounded a home in East San Jose where they are serving a search warrant and believe one person remains inside this morning, a police spokesman said.

Officers are in the area of Capitol and Alum Rock avenues working to secure a home as of 9:35 a.m., police Sgt. Enrique Garcia said.

People who were in the home have left, but police believe one person is still inside, Garcia said.
