There's a stunning new video of the Aurora Borealis from space.
NASA released this footage of both the Aurora Borealis and Aurora Australis shot from the International Space Station. The five-minute clip features time-lapse shots in ultra-high definition.
The Aurora Borealis can be seen in high northern latitudes, hence the nickname "Northern Lights."
The Aurora Australis is visible in extreme southern latitudes, areas like Antarctica, Chile and Australia.
