23-year-old woman found dead on Nob Hill staircase identified

SAN FRANCISCO (KGO) -- The body of a 23-year-old woman found in San Francisco early Monday morning has been identified, according to the medical examiner's office.

San Francisco resident Cecilia Fulton-Vicuna was found dead at about 2:50 a.m. on the stairs of a building in the 600 block of Stockton Street.

Police said they don't suspect foul play in the death. The cause of Fulton-Vicuna's death remains under investigation.
