OAKLAND, Calif. (KGO) -- On Saturday, Klay Thompson sent a a message to Dub Nation in an email to Warriors Season Ticket Holders. His message? "Well here we are..."

WATCH LIVE: Historic Warriors vs. Cavaliers Game 7 coverage begins at 4 p.m. on ABC7

"As I mentioned the other night in my postgame press conference, if you start out every season and say, "We got one game at home to win the NBA Championship," I'll take it every time.

Well, here we are! It doesn't get any more exciting than a winner-take-all Game 7 for the NBA Championship. And, best of all, it's at Oracle Arena!

We worked long and hard this season to secure the best record in the NBA and homecourt advantage throughout the playoffs. We need Oracle Arena to be packed, loud and alive on Sunday, long before tipoff, which is scheduled for 5:00 p.m. and follows an A's game next door. DubNation has been the pivotal Sixth Man for us all season and we're anticipating the same on Sunday, but it won't be possible if you are late to the party.

Come early. Cheer Late. Dream big. And, let's show the world why we have the best fans in the NBA...and why I start out every season saying the same thing."

- Klay Thompson
