Solano County I-80 express lanes open to commuters with tolls

FasTrak users will now be able to use new express lanes on an 18-mile stretch of I-80 between Fairfield and Vacaville, but it will only be toll-free for carpools with three or more people, and vanpools, buses and motorcycles.
