Kids these days are used to electronics that come in very small packages. Nowadays, smartphones and tablets are powerful enough to replace a desktop computer.
So what happens when you introduce a group of tech savvy children to an old school Apple II computer?
"I don't get it," said one child says of the command-driven system. "And I also don't get the 1970s."
The "Kids React to Old Computers" video is the latest in a series posted to YouTube from Fine Brothers Entertainment. This latest installment was done in partnership with a new AMC show.
In the video, the youngsters were shown the computer individually and then asked to perform certain tasks. This includes turning it on and inserting a floppy disk.
"I don't like the computer," said a frustrated 8-year-old named Brooke-Monae. "I really don't."
Thirteen-year-old Derek added, "Then it was the peak of technology. Now, it seems kinda worthless."
