Surveillance video shows boy riding toy car through busy China streets

Surveillance video in China captured a little boy riding a toy car into traffic during rush hour.

The video shows the boy making his way down the middle of the street without a parent in sight. Not a single driver stopped to help him, or made sure he didn't get hurt.

Finally, a police officer who just happened to come across the scene came to his rescue. He eventually found the child's mother and returned him home.
