7 On Your Side helps man fight FasTrak bill

SAN FRANCISCO (KGO) -- 7 On Your Side has investigated hundreds of reports of mistaken toll violation notices issued by the Bay Area's Fastrak System. In this latest case, it happened to a man who lives in another state and on a bridge he's never heard of.

Fastrak says the system reads license plates correctly 99 percent of the time, but with millions of drivers, a one percent error rate means thousands of drivers are getting tickets they don't deserve and they are not all easily resolved.
