LEXINGTON HILLS, Calif. -- All northbound lanes of State Highway 17 at Summit Road are open again after an overturned big-rig blocked the lanes, according to the California Highway Patrol.

All lanes reopened at about 6:25 p.m. on Highway 17, which connects Los Gatos and Santa Cruz.

At least one lane had been blocked since about 4 p.m., CHP officials said.
