Mac and cheese sold at Wal-Mart, other stores recalled for Salmonella

SAN FRANCISCO (KGO) -- Check your pantries.

Treehouse Foods, Inc. announced a voluntary recall of certain macaroni and cheese cup products containing cheddar cheese seasoning because of concerns that it may contain salmonella.

The recalled products include:

-- Wal-Mart's Great Value Macaroni & Cheese Original Cups

-- Cheese Club Express Mac Macaroni & Cheese Dinner

-- Big Win Original Macaroni & Cheese Dinner

The products were distributed nationwide.

Consumers who have purchased any of the above products are urged to dispose of or return the products to the place of purchase for a full refund.
