Petaluma River too shallow to navigate due to storm runoff

SAN FRANCISCO (KGO) -- All of the wet weather this year has brought more than just rain to Petaluma.

There's so much runoff and debris in the Petaluma River that it's now choked off -- and boats can't even use it.
