Women in positions of power show more signs of depression than their male counterparts. That's according to a new study by the Journal of Health and Social Behavior.
The study found women experience more symptoms as they gain job authority, and that the opposite is true for men.
Researchers say the extra stress is most likely due to the fact that women are faced with more stereotypes and resistance to their leadership.
Men don't appear to face those obstacles.
