Police say the men were shot outside a Safeway store around 8:30 p.m. Sunday.
Witnesses told officers responding to the scene that the men were involved in some sort of confrontation shortly before they were shot.
Investigators were still on the scene early Monday. They say they have recovered gun shells from the parking lot, but have not identified any suspects.
The names of the victims have not been released.
