No charges for driver in Maze collapse

SAN FRANCISCO

The accident triggered a fiery explosion that caused nearly $6 million dollars in damage and shut down part of the freeway for more than three weeks. CHP investigators are putting most of the blame on the sloshing of the 8,600 gallons of gasoline in the tanker.

The CHP says the driver, James Mosqueda made an unsafe turn. But, it was not enough to recommend that Mosqueda be charged or cited.
