Pepper and onion relish basil pizza snack
Serves 1
- Mini English muffin - split
- 2 tablespoons Pepper & Onion relish (Harry & David)
- Pepperoni slices (optional)
- 1/4 inch sized brie slice
- 1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped
1. Preheat broiler
2. Place English muffin on a small baking sheet
3. Spread pepper & onion relish over top of muffin
4. Add pepperoni slices
5. Top with brie
6. Sprinkle fresh basil on top
7. Broil until brie is brown and relish is bubbly
8. Serve immediately
