He doesn't have a name, just yet. But the zoo is planning to have a naming contest to take care of that. As you may have heard, the little guy is being raised by his keepers, after his mother decided she wasn't ready for motherhood.
The zoo staff is also working with Columbus Zoo experts to train another female gorilla as a potential surrogate.
