Forty-one-year-old James Hagelston was booked into San Joaquin County Jail, but released after posting $100,000 bail.
Police say they confiscated a computer at his home that contained pornographic movies with girls under at the age of 10.
Hagelston works as a consultant with the California School Management Group.
Police say neither children at the daycare, nor girls on his softball team are involved in this case.
