Alonzo Wilson, 19, of Vallejo, surrendered to Vallejo detectives in Fairfield Wednesday and was booked into the Solano County jail, Lt. Abel Tenorio said.

No additional suspects are being sought for the murder, Tenorio said.

Last week police arrested Shane Peters, 18, Richard Eads, 19, and Dale Coley, 19, for the murder of /*Emmanuel Hernandez*/. A 17-year-old boy was arrested Monday. All the suspects are from Vallejo.

The name of the juvenile suspect is being withheld pending a decision by the Solano County District Attorney's Office on whether he will prosecuted as an adult.

Coley and Peters were scheduled to be arraigned this morning in Solano County Superior Court.

Police said the slaying is considered gang-related but that Hernandez was not the intended target.

"By all accounts he was an innocent bystander who was in the wrong place at the wrong time," Sgt. Kevin Bartlett said in a news release.

Hernandez, a freshman at Vallejo High School, was found shot in the 200 block of Nebraska Street around 8:20 p.m. on Jan. 28.

On Jan. 31 it was determined his brain activity had ceased and his family decided to remove him from life support.

The slaying was the city's second murder of the year.
