A 20-year-old man wanted in connection with a stabbing murder in Santa Rosa last month was arrested Sunday, police said.

Roberto Herrera was arrested in Windsor when members of the Santa Rosa Police Department's SWAT team and detectives from the Violent Crimes and Gang Investigations teams served a search warrant.

Herrera was taken into custody on a no-bail warrant for murder and attempted murder with gang enhancements in connection with the April 24 fatal stabbing of Bounnie Dohangmeechit, 25. The murder happened in the front yard of the house at 2506 Pearblossom Drive after a birthday party was interrupted by uninvited guests, according to police.

Two brothers, Mike Andee, 21, and Wilson Andee, 18, both of Santa Rosa, were also injured in the stabbing and were admitted to a hospital. None of the three victims are documented gang members.

A fourth victim, Michael Phipps, 20, of Santa Rosa, also suffered an injury that is not considered to be life threatening, police said.

Police today also arrested 24- year-old Gabriel Garcia on suspicion of accessory to murder and two gang enhancements.

Police previously arrested Santa Rosa residents Cesar Chavez, 21, and Edward Scuitto, 24, for the murder and attempted murder as well. Rinyana Suvanaseng, 26, of Santa Rosa, and Miles Joseph Miller, 21, of Santa Rosa, have also been arrested on suspicion of accessory to murder.

Santa Rosa police have also arrested 21-year-old Jessica Morell for being an accessory after a felony and for two gang-related enhancements.
