A Santa Clara mother has been arrested for leaving her toddler alone in her SUV while she gambled.

A Santa Clara mother has been arrested for leaving her toddler alone in her SUV while she gambled.

Police arrested 25-year-old Maria Sison for felony child endangerment outside the Garden City Casino in San Jose Thursday night.

A security guard called police after noticing the little girl strapped into her car seat and locked in the vehicle.

Sison was arrested on felony child endangerment charges. The little girl was released to her father and she is OK.
