Today, Santa Clara County prosecutors are expecting the results of a private lab's test next week that could link a Los Gatos woman's murder, 10 years ago with the main suspect.

The test could show fiber found inside Maurice Nasmeh's Jeep Cherokee came from a missing Persian rug that was in 42-year-old Jeanine Harms' home. Harms disappeared in July, 2001.

Nasmeh was arrested three years later and remained in jail, but, was released in 2007 after charges were dropped. In January, Nasmeh was shot and killed at a San Jose coffee shop by Harms' brother in a murder-suicide.
