Some Apple users could see up to $200 back thanks to a $53 million class action settlement.

If approved, Apple would refund $200 to each iPhone and iPod Touch user affected by a former service policy.

Before 2009, Apple's warranty and service plan did not apply to devices that appeared to have come into contact with liquids.

Lawyers are contacting the $150,000 people who qualify.
