A new medical report out Wednesday morning is welcome news to married couples who are waiting longer to have a baby.

According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the percentage of married couples having trouble conceiving has dropped slightly.

Researcher say that despite a boom in fertility drugs, more women in their 30's and 40's are getting pregnant on their own.

The percentage of women with fertility issues is down just one and a half percent over the last three decades. But experts say it's promising.
