WEST SACRAMENTO, Calif. (KGO) -- The severe heat is being looked at as a possible cause for buckling several freeway lanes in West Sacramento.
Caltrans worked into the early morning on Monday to repair four lanes of pavement on eastbound Highway 50.
The CHP got several calls late Sunday once drivers started noticing a problem.
